Custom Snowglobe Cups (Made During Live):
- All custom snowglobe cups are handmade during our live sessions.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 4–5 business days after your cup has been completed on the live.
Premade Cups & Keychains:
- Premade cups and keychains are ready to ship.
- These orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow carriers additional time during holidays or periods of high shipping volume.
Order Delays:
While we do our best to meet our processing times, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
