📌 All cups are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and packaging.

Claims reported after 10 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund..

• Change of mind

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Improper care or use

• Incorrect customization information provided by the customer
